Just what it says. I can't find medic.net.au so neither could your
server so it rejected it. Maybe their DNS is down.

That's the actual sending server. The return path email address must be
valid for the RaQ to accept it. 132.241.83.67 is listed as an open SMTP
relay by ordb.org.
