You could also do this with the Darwin Streaming Server which is the
open-source implementation of Apple QuickTime Streaming Server.
It's totally free!
You can get more info at
http://developer.apple.com/darwin/projects/streaming/
Note: I haven't installed it before on a RaQ but it should work.
Administration is done thru a browser
