[cobalt-users] Help with email alias please

Hi All

I have just got a Raq4 deom Host Europe and have found there support not
very good for newbies like myself.

I have set up a domain/webspace ok but when I set up a user, mail is
received OK if it's sent to username@xxxxxxxxxxxxx However if i set up an
alias in the Email Settings for the user eg test, when an email is sent to
test@xxxxxxxxxxxx it bounces back 'unknown user'?

Any suggestions?
