Qube3 is limited to 128GB anything larger will be recognized, but will
fail to boot/fail in use. Go for 120GB drives.

I used the 550 ISO on several Qube3's, and the RAQ3 ISO once without
hassel.

With the 550 OS you'll want 256Mb, cant comment on the RAQ4OS on Qube.

Revert it unless you used a 550Mhz cpu which produces much less heat.
500Mhz in the Qube is only reliable under heavy load with a 550Mhz cpu
installed. 500Mhz with a 500Mhz cpu *will* overheat (same for RAQ3's
upgraded to 500Mhz) (try compiling a nice large source rpm :))
