A Google search for

	bind "bad referral"

gives several good links.  One of the handy ones is

	http://www.acmebw.com/askmrdns/bind-messages.htm

In short, bad DNS zone info.  Do a

	dig +norec @194.176.0.5 spamcop.net. any

and note the goofy results.
