we got a very strong firewall only allowing imap/pop3/smtp/webmail to this
server...
but this looks fine to me, or am i wrong?

Might want to check for weird processes (generally processes which aren't
httpd running as user apache), do a chkrootkit, put up a firewall if
there's not one present yet..
Any other weirdness happening ?
