We have had the same Problem with some of RaQs.
Starting at 4am we have had high load and CPU usage due to the analog stats and webalizer running while logrotate is working etc.. the whole /etc/cron.daily is starting at 4.
We have had 128 MB RAM RaQ4 after updating the RAM to 512 MB we have had no more problems with rebooting under high load.
