You need to talk to your co-lo host.
They will have to point your IP address allocation towards your domain name
(Reverse DNS).
This will allow the 550 to check the reverse DNS and will keep it happy.
If your co-lo has not allocated you the authority for the reverse DNS
delegation (most do not), even if you do set it up on your 550 it still will
not work.
YOU NEED TO TALK TO YOUR PROVIDER TO SORT THIS OUT!
