Hi,
I have a freshly restored XTR that I am trying to install all the packages
via the BlueLinQ system.
Small packages seem to be OK but large ones such as
RaQXTR-All-Security-1.0.1-13453.pkg I get the error:
"There was an error verifying the package file. It may be corrupted, or it
may not have the correct authentication information. The software package
was not installed."
In advanced settings for BlueLinQ Packages Must Be Authenticated is not
checked.
I have tried installing this manually with the same error, I have also
downloaded the file via FTP from the cobalt site and tried to unzip the file
but it errors saying not in standard format.
Thinking it may be a bad net connection on my side I have also tried to
download it from three other datacentre locations.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Mark Roebuck
