[cobalt-users] httpd process is becoming *zombie*

Hi
Our server is Cobalt raq4r.Last few days I am noticing that sometimes
the process under httpd is being killed. And the process becoming *zombie*. I
checked all the cron jobs but did not find any clue which is to be the cause of
httpd *zombie* process.
Here i have mentioned the top display(few lines from the beginning) when
one *httpd* process has become *zombie*..

Can any one give me some hints that what is the reason behind it and where i
will check...
