Hi there
Probably a stupid question (for which I apologise) but I can't seem to find
information on the web anywhere that answers my question specifically.
We're moving to a new office/ISP/IP block currently and have gotten everything
successfully transferred with the exception of our DNS server. All the records
are currently sat on the old server (pridns.artejano.com) and need transferring
to the new server (pri.artejanodbh.co.uk). I've gotten pri.artejanodbh.co.uk
registered as a name server without any problems but now need to understand what
is required to transfer all our DNS records across.
Is it simply a question of duplicating all the records to the new server and
then updating the primary name server in the SOA record, or do I need to be
contacting the registrants for updates?
Thanks in advance!
