Hi,

well you can setup a catch-all account (under mail settings from virtual
site), which accepts all emails for a domain. I'm not sure if you can bounce
them to another mailbox but you can at least check this mail account from
another mailserver.
That can all be done via the gui and without changing any files. Of course
there is the possibility to just bounce all emails to another server, but
I'm a little unsure on how to do this.
