Tried this, the correct domain is listed in both relay and aliases
locations, but still no joy!

Just take a look in the eMail-Server-settings:

"Control Panel" - "eMail Server Preferences" (link). There you should
have two forms with the domain names inside - relay & aliases. Check
these settings there....
