We ran into the same problem with PerlDesk when we moved our Corporate
website from a Raq4 to a Raq550. We Ran Perldesk fine on the Raq4 for nearly
two years. After a lot of research and a Huge lack of support from PerlDesk,
combined with the numerous problems and issues being discussed on the
perldesk support Forum, We ditched it for a different solution.

We went with "Support Center" from http://www.isolsoft.com/
Now, we're THRILLED we made the switch. We have a far superior Support desk,
which means better support for our customer base.

1) Looking for a MailScanner PKG for the 550 without success. Any
suggestions?

2) I purchased PerlDesk ... for some reason, neither I nor any of my
developer friends could install it and get it operational... anyone with
a solution?
