[cobalt-users] Changing the main IP

I unfortunately had to change the primary domain on my raq 3 server
after 
Setting up a new name server for all the domains I proceeded to change 
To my new ip. I now have the web server down and am unable to access
It threw the web interface I can telnet to the new IP and the server
responds
But not a clue what I could do to get the cobalt responding none of the 
Few sites on the machine respond either..
