I downloaded 2 iso from the sun site.
First for raq3i and second one for raq4i and nothing want to install
it....
I think processor is bad, or maybe the network....

Maybe a bad iso/CD, have you used the CD to restore other RaQ3s?
Maybe build another CD and try it.
Do an md5sum on the iso and make sure it checks OK.
