another list discussion. I'm not sure if that's accurate.

Yep, I spoke with them recently. I think they had a prepaid, 250 account minimum and your pricing is based upon volume. Of course, the more you buy, the better your margins can be on reselling to mail clients. If I remember correctly a reseller could buy 250 accounts at $1.50 per account and was suggest you could resell at 'up to $3.50,' which I thought was rather high, but that is very close to the bait I was given.

I read all those articles as well; which had peaked the interest.

As an admin, you certainly owe it to yourself to weigh the cost of outsourcing this service as opposed to managing it yourself. Their service does come highly recommended. I used a demo account and was impressed.

I'd still rather manage my own MS/SA service, though.
