We're an ISP.  We use it for our corporate mail, customer mail, and also
resell it as an added service.  It is extremely easy to use (once you get
your process down), very reliable and very functional.  There's an article
in the 9/15/03 issue of NetworkWorld (see
http://www.nwfusion.com/reviews/2003/0915spam.html) that compared it to 15
other spam filtering services, and rated Postini the best of all.

I personally would recommend it to anyone.
