Three things must be done.
1) The moderator email address must be the one you use in your email client.
The system checks your return address to compare.
2) Message must be plain text - not rtf or html.
3) no parentheses used. Format should be with capital 'A' in approved.
Must be first line in body
For Example;
Approved: password
John
