Yes. Without incident on 2 servers.

One server was installed over the previous pkgmaster version, the second I did uninstall the previous version, but only as a test of
each method.

Make sure to issue the following command from shell to initialise openwebmail after install:
/home/openwebmail/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail-tool.pl --init

I also following the instructions from the following URL to fix the email@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx issue:

In both cases all emails and settings were retained from the previous Openwebmail install.

All clients have reported no problems and are pleased with the update.
