While I would perfer others to speak about the compilers we have this is
another how to wack your raq page... not MySQL, PHP, GD, FreeType 2, Zlib,
libjpeg or libpng require a diffrent compiler to build and I have the rpms
to prove it :) In fact some of these programs state that this "other"
compiler is not as good at making the programs as the one we have... it
makes things to big and ... well anyway...
When someone comes to my site and wants me to install things on a wacked box
like this I say no... I hate too... but I like a clean box without
/usr/group/local/trash
