Had this problem some monts ago. Does *NOT* work on my RAQ4. I added 
these 2 lines, restartet apache - and does not work. The Icon itself 
appears correctly in the browser if I hit it directly but it does not 
show up in the browser-tab and bookmark. I've copied the "icon.html" 
test and corrected it for my server/domain - the icon is here shown 
up again in the browser's main window but not at the browser-tab (url 
location & bookmark).

BTW - the links above work correctly in my Safari browser.

Any idea for this little beauty correction? 8)
