Have you tried this ?

Maybe I am misinterpret ting this:

simply put in:

email@xxxxxxxxxxx,\username

do they literally mean (1) \username or to do they mean (2) \ "valid user
name" ?

I have tried both (1) thinking maybe it can pull the user name into this
parameter if you are in that account (2) using the actual account name and
the GUI tells me that is now valid...
