You need to remember that this will also sometimes block legitimate mail, and
therefore could upset your users. You are basically giving a third party, the
blacklist admins, control over whether mail to your users is rejected at your
server or not. You have to decide whether you want to go this route or whether
to accept all mail, tagging potential spam and letting your users decide
whether to delete it.

MailScanner uses SpamAssassin to do this. I followed the instructions on
