[cobalt-users] POP Before SMTP Broken

Well I did a search on the sendmail.cf file under /etc/mail/ and I do that
this lines:

CPREDIRECT
 
# Access list database (for spam stomping)
Kaccess hash -o /etc/mail/access

# Pop-before-smtp secondary access hash
Kpopauth hash -a<MATCH> /etc/mail/popip.db 

So it looks like POP before SMTP should work but all my e-mails are being
rejected that I send using either Outlook or Outlook Express.

Any ideas?
