Mailscanner works best with an Anti Virus program (Clam, F-Prot, etc) to
SCAN your emails, change HTML to text, and a bunch of other stuff. I never
used it for Blackhole listing.
Spamassassin will just TAG your email. It is up to Procmail to delete it.
What I recommend is something that Bruce Timberlake wrote up a while ago. I
put it on my website, just to make it easier to access. If you search the
archives, you will find the orginal string of posts. I have been running
this for a very long time now, and I am extremely happy with it!!!! I know
a bunch of other people on this list is very happy with it as well.

Just follow the directions, and read the very bottom about the two gotchas
when doing this. There could be more, but I can't remember. Just remember
to back your orginal sendmail configuration (it tells you to do it in the
instructions).
You will be AMAZED at how much Spam just STOPS dead in its tracks!!!
