Carrying on a TCP session using a spoofed IP is much more
difficult; it would require two-way communication, or a good shot
at emulating it.
Unless someone roguecasted the netblock in question, a successful
TCP session is a pretty good indicator. If someone roguecasted
the netblock, chances are very good it would be seen or logged.
