RE: [cobalt-users] strange image problem



chmod 755 seems to work also. I still don't think this makes any sense, the 
webserver which runs as user 'httpd' should only need read access to the 
images. 

chmod 755 essentially grants the 'httpd' user execute access to the file on 
top of read access - not sure why that would be necessary. If this were a cgi 
then it would be a security hole in the 550 - I haven't done the testing but 
I will get around to it in the near future.
