I'd seriously suggest NOT using outlook/outlook express as its IMAP
implementation is very poor. Try a program like BeckyMail (www.rimarts.co.jp)
its cheap and has tonnes of functionality, and runs IMAP with the ability to
create/manage folders, etc, just as if you were on an exchange server or
similar.
On another point, is IMAP definately active and listening, i.e. how far does
Outlook express get to when it connects to your IMAP server?
