	I'll take a shot at this one:

	Odds-on favorite you're trying to login to OWM under the wrong
domain.  You have to go to domain.com/webmail for EACH account, not
one domain to access all accounts.  Was rather annoying, but it worked
well on safety issues so it's best in this fashion.  

	larry@xxxxxxxxxxx must to go  www domain1.com/webmail and login
as just 'larry' w/PW.

	bob@xxxxxxxxxxx must to go www domain2.com/webmail and login as
just 'bob' w/PW.

	If Bob tried to go to domain1.com/webmail, he'd get that exact
bad PW error with no further explanation, as you described.
