       I am trying to enter into the *fileman* with
  "http://www.domain.com/fileman/"; into my server then giving user/passwd
  as my user and paswd of the server, but it is coming permission denied.
That's correct but you'll need to use the site admin's username and password for the domain your are trying to access. 
I don't think the server admin user and password will work.
