[cobalt-users] Some Problem on Raq 4

Hi,

There's some problem that I found on Raq 4 :
(1) Mailing List

I tried to create mailing list (mail server name's : mail.domain.com and
the name of mailing list is customer). When I tried to send an email to
customer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or customer@xxxxxxxxxx, I got the bouce back.
For customer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx error message : 

  ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<customer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
    (reason: system config error)

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
553 5.3.5 mail.domain.com. config error: mail loops back to me (MX
problem?) 554 5.3.5 <customer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Local configuration
error

For customer@xxxxxxxxxx error message :

customer@xxxxxxxxxx' on 9/9/2003 12:31 AM
            550 5.1.1 <customer@xxxxxxxxxx>... User unknown

Please kindly advice  (tips and trick) to creating mailing list on Raq 4

(2) DNS.

Our DNS looks fine but I don't know why our DNS can't resolve
mtvtrax.com. Its strange because I tried with the others DNS but
different ISP that site is running well. 

Please kindly advice...

(3) Any body knows about the best web email that applicable for Raq 4
with more than 100 account but below than 200 accounts email.
