Hmm, doesn't seem to work.
I have a put .procmailrc in /home/sites/site#/users/username but it doesn't
Check the maillog eg. grep procmailrc /vaqr/log/maillog
it will say somthing along the lines of
Suspicious rcfile "/home/sites/home/users/tecdoc/.procmailrc"
Normally the issue is related to the permissions of the home directory
(which are not u=rwx,g=,o=) and the .procmailrc file which must be (u=rw,g=,o=)
