   This is NOT a Cobalt issue, but rather a procmail issue. Read the man
pages, the information available at procmail.org, and after you have done so
if you are still having problems, consult the procmail mailing list:

   But I urge you to do your homework first, since the people on the procmail
list, while eager to help with _real_ problems, will not tolerate laziness.
