It describes how to use FEATURE(blacklist_recipients) and the access 
database (from the GUI) to reject all mail sent to particular 
addresses. I'm using this to provide informative bounces for former 
employees' addresses, here. There's more detail on modifying your 
sendmail.cf (using m4, if you have particular feelings about how you 
manage your sendmail.cf) at
