Where is this exactly located?
mailscanner.conf is located at
/home/opt/MailScanner/etc
in my mailscanner.conf on lines 158 & 159, make a change just below it
# Notify the senders of infected messages that they should check out
# their systems?
in my mailscanner.conf on line 174, make a change just below it
# Notify the local postmaster when any infections are found?
But the entire section should be reviewed to personalize the settings for
your situation
