[cobalt-users] MX loops back 553 5.3.5

Hi, All--

I guess I am going to rephrase the question. I have just rebuilt my Qube 3
to OS 6.4 with all the patches and the DNS record for mail appears to be
causing trouble, yet it is the same record that had been working previously.

I get this error:

553 5.3.5 mydomain.com. config error: mail loops back to me (MX problem?)
554 5.3.5 <davids@xxxxxxxxxxxx>... Local configuration error

My DNS records are:

The MX record is exactly what was prescribed by the book, and it is the same
as it was when the machine was working previously.
