Why would you want to do that? I don't accept mail from ORDB listed IPs.
If you do that there is likely to be spam coming from there you won't
properly tag. You should contact the IP owner and find out why they're
running an open relay and if they closed it they should submit it for a
retest to get it removed from ORDB.
