Not sure what you mean by "change the domain"... if they want to call it "www.mydomain.com" all you need to do as the RaQ Admin is go into the UI and change the name. The IP etc would stay the same, just the name would be different. If you need something else, please explain more.
I think he means he created a subdomain in his own domain for them to play with and now he wants to move them to their own domain name and account.
So all he needs to do is rename the domain account from: Host: theirdomain domain: mydomain.com to: Host: www domain theirdomain.com And of course change the mailservers and DNS and such to reflect the change.
