on a RaQ4 the abuse alias gets forwarded to postmaster which gets forwarded
to root and then to admin. on my box i have a separate POP box set up for
all admin mails (with it's own password to avoid my admin password sent in
plain text). you can edit the /etc/mail/aliases file by hand:

don't know what of this does and doesn't apply to a 550 as i've never
experienced one but it works fine on a RaQ4.
