FYI, I came across two RaQ4s today on which SSL had disabled itself on
the main site. SSL still worked on the admin server. The group name
file for "home" in /etc/conf/ssl/ had vanished, so the Perl code in
httpd.conf did not enable SSL for the home site. The site
administration GUI still showed it as enabled.
Turning SSL off and then back on in Site Settings for the site restored
the file and got SSL working again.
I think someone was having the same problem about a week ago. Not sure
what's causing it.
