Joseph,Make sure you have your list setup to only except email that has an Approved header setup in the Majordomo config file. If you don't , when someone replies to the list that is a subscriber pf the list the list will send again. We had this issue before adding the Approved structure.
You should also join the Majordomo list at www.greatcircle.com as that list is very helpful with Majordomo.
The Following is na example email header for the Approval structure, This is placed in the body of the message at the very top with at least one line between this header and the message itself. When setup correctly Majordomo will remove the header and use the Subject, To and from fields when sending the message.
