In my virtusertable (on a raq4 /etc/mail/virtusertable) there's a line
# Put custom additions below (Do not change/remove this line).

so just back it up, and then edit the thing below that line like so
admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx	real_user_name
(That's a tab between the email address and the real user name)

When you're done do the makemap hash and you're away.

makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable < /etc/mail/virtusertable
(Make sure that's a less than sign! "<" )

BTW, I haven't tried this with admin@ but it's been fine for everything
else.
