[cobalt-users] Domain of sender address does not exist?

Hi,

I got it working! I went to Network Services - Email - Advanced and added
"yahoo.com" to the "Relay Email From Hosts/Domains/IP Addresses (optional)".
then it would accept Email coming in from yahoo... But I thought that was just
for sending mail out from the server not accepting mail in? What is odd is
that I have gotten other external email for erols.com today that was not on the
above list. Perhaps Yahoo and AOL have some odd protocol to help fight
spam... Or, perhaps the new kernel update did something? Perhaps domains on
the list simply are not checked.... No at all sure 0:-p

Is there any way to add every domain or IP on earth to the "Relay Email From
Hosts/Domains/IP Addresses (optional)" box? I think I read in the archives I
had to type them all in by hand =:O I guess I just don't understand what the
function of it is or how to use it. I have pop users from many external
domains so I have to add them all in. Real hard to add in the domains of all
the incoming mail too!! More study needed here ;-)

Many thanks for all your thoughts!!! Nice to know I am not alone ;-))

Cheers,

        Terry
