Hi Gerald
Tried the below suggestions with no result.
One of our customers can't get in touch with our server (just one of them).
We've put his IP in the »never block" field through the GUI but somehow
i've found his IP in this file:
/etc/scandetection/scandetection.fwall
[SNIP]
!recv/srcaddr=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/log=denied
[SNIP]
Is it safe to delete this line or ... and will it do the trick?
