You've bumped against the RaQ's stupid "read the config from a
database, generate the app's native file, and overwrite what's
there" methodology. It would have been nice if they parsed the
config files (just like the programs themselves do) and worked
with that in the GUI...
I digress.
/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/dns/index.cgi
is the script that generates your named.conf file. Modify that
accordingly, and you're set.
