I have clients to whom every once in a while, happens that using the same
LAN some can't connect while others can. Of course we have seen they are on
line and actually they can check their email using neomail. Next day
everything is fine and working.
After many cases like these, my best guess is that it has something to do
with their desktops' XP config. None of them using 98, NT or Me has had any
problem checking mail.
