Dan,

I reinstalled perl 5.6.1 following the instruction I found at CPAN
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/J/JP/JPEACOCK/Cobalt-Admin-0.1.readme

5.6.1 was installed previously and was working normally.
The server patch was installed causing the GUI to break.
I tried to reinstalled perl and got the error.
