Make sure the fan is working properly, nothing blocking airflow,
the shroud around the Fan/CPU is installed properly, and there
is heat sink compound between the CPU and the heat sink.
Also, it seems like the RaQ550 OS, running on real RaQ550s and
RaQ3/4s reports erroneous alerts.
When the processor is working hard it is not unusual to see a
relatively high temperature.
