[cobalt-users] relaying denied revisted

All of a sudden for no reason, I am getting users with a relaying denied on
every email trying to leave our servers. Nothing has been changed since the
implementation of the spam mail code additions to sendmail. Everything has
been working flawlessly and the spam has decreased 95%, which is a great
thing. But starting yesterday, customers started to experience the 550
relaying denied message and cannot send.
The real strange thing is, several customers (probably half) are not having
this problem at all.
Any ideas?
